This is nothing but a Microsoft operating system issue due to their trash. Refer to: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.40 - Dialog Windows Do Not Display Once we discard this Microsoft dialog trash, then it will be definitively resolved. This should be completed by January 2020. Also, other users are not going to have this problem. If you follow through the information we give in the link above, you should be able to resolve it. Also for the record this is not specific to any particular version. You can have this problem with any version. We do hear about it occasionally but in general it is not a problem.
