There are a couple of ways you can do this, but refer to the following for one way to do this: How to Create High Accuracy Spread or Ratio Charts With regards to the Market if Touched, you can select the order and move it with the pointer. We do not know why you would have any issue with this. Try it out in Simulation mode with just the single order and no attached orders. Make sure the price is set lower than the current market for a Buy order or higher for a Sell order.
