I'm not about to start running down other products however I would agree that SC is a great and well thoughtout product which is why I am working hard and spending so much time with it but a short statement with no explanation except "yes they are not available" was pretty poor by any standards. Why could you not have simply said these are available via the XYZ tool at >>>> as opposed to the Vertical Line tool and offered some direction? Surely a such a sophisticated and well thought out program deserves just a little more effort from support when replying to genuine customer enquiries. Thank you. |
