OK, we understand what the problem is. This is now resolved. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. After Sierra Chart is updated, you should then be getting the new data feed as long as Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled.
