Hi support, No success with the escape key, I was still unable to interact with the window in any way, but the chart continued to update and otherwise behave as expected. I am not sure this is a resource issue as today I have far fewer windows open / program running. Total CPU usage is ~10%, process CPU usage <0.5% Total memory usage <20%, process memory usage is negligible. Not sure of the relevance, but it is possible that this issue is isolated to 1 particular sub-instance, that only contains a single chartbook/chart. Is there anything else I can try at my end, or do I just put it down to being Win7 related and persevere? |
