I'm having trouble loading historical charts with all data services (IB, SC, CQG) get download failed error. Tried updating to newest version SC and still getting this error. Thanks for any advice. here is one such error below VYM Daily #9 | Reloading chart. | 2019-07-12 10:54:25.936 VYM Daily #9 | Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates.
