It is not possible to change the data in columns J and I. These are fixed by the program.
I think you are saying you cannot change the cell functions in J and I, so you cannot remove spaces or change the location of these cells, as they are "special" system functions. The cells in Column J marked "Read/Write" in Column I can have their values changed. For example, J26 controls Order Size. It is normally 1 unless a positive value is saved in the cell.
