Post From: Confused by the different kind of Stops for Bitmex, need help

I can't set up correctly my stops for Bitmex and I am getting confused by the SC documentation. If I just set a regular Stop Limit order like I always do, then on Bitmex I still pay the taker fees (probably because my order is filled immediately and count as a market order...) So I would like to use a Stop as follow: Let's say that I buy 1 contract at a price of 100. I want that when we reach a price of 90 a limit sell order is sent to the order book at 92. If the price bounce 2 ticks up from 90, my order will be filled as a limit order. But if the price goes down, I want the stop to follow the price at a distance of 2 ticks. For example, if the price drop to 85 then my limit sell order will follow at 87, and so on until the price bounce up 2 ticks and my order is finally filled. To accomplish this, what type of Stop should I place and what parameters for: Targets >> Stop Offset, Trail Offset, Trigger Offset Set >> Stop-Limit Order Limit Offset >> Primary Orders, Attached Orders and perhaps also for Main >> M >> Orders Thanks for your help PS: In Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings I have set ParticipateDoNotInitiate to True, I'm not sure it's a good idea for my purpose Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-07-05 11:57:56
