Hi, I was away this weekend for a wedding will try and do what you ask now.God willing. Have just looked at the two charts, one is called RTY-201909...(that is the faulty one and remember is my primary trading vehicle for RTY. Unless I was drunk or brain dead how could I have not notice the chart was 50!!! ticks off in the all important first half hour of trading. Again, the short answer is I would have and the chart must have been updating correctly. How the data would then drop out I don't know but I could not have traded off a chart 50 ticks offside!. The other chart that is correct is ES DAILY TPO(yes yes it has the wrong name of product but I don't know how to change it). I really look forward to you digging into the settings because no setting I can think of would chop off 50ticks of info in the first half hour of the RTH open...
