In the case of the Nikkei 225 contract my data feed is Interactive Brokers. I have imported 1-min bar data from 2006 to date. Please confirm the following: [1] Will intraday data be automatically appended, and retained going forward or do I need to perform some maintenance tasks? [2] I have reduced the Data/Trade Service Setting-->Service Setting-->Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download Limit = 3. My understanding is that even though the data is now up to date Sierra Chart will always download the last 3 days of data each time the chart book is opened, and the connection to the broker is established.
