There are two problems here. The symbol is not correct. It needs to be two digits for the year. Make sure those charts are open and then use this command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service ( Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service) You also need to enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.
