Make sure there are no other studies using a Chart Region below region 3. That would be the only reason it would remain. Or unknowingly there is a study using Chart Region 3 that may be hidden. Studies can be hidden. Refer to: Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Hide Study And the region height percentages do have to be reset when there is a change with the regions used. Otherwise, there is not a practical solution. Although the solution is just to use preconfigured Study Collections: Study Collections Where you have set the region heights as you require.
