I'm running v1928 and, while connected to the SC Data feed, I go to File->Find Symbol, select ESM19 futures from Indices. The chart auto-populates with 1-min price bars, then I R-click & select Chart Settings, and select 'Use Date Range' in Main Settings. Input as Start: 2019-04-26 and End: 2019-04-29 and OK. The chart goes blank and after a few minutes, still no result. If I do the same thing while connected to my Interactive Brokers datafeed, there's no issue with this. Am I missing something? |
