Dear sir/madam, I just added USD50 to my account at Sierra chart in order to active my account and use the service for June 2019. Also I would like to use the Package 5 , being USD36 each month. However I just found it deducted USD26 for package 3 for the month of May 2019. As I haven't download the sierra chart software and use it , it can't deduct the service fee for May 2019. Please revert it. Thanks Sheralyan |
