Hello I have purchaised a 30 day custom study from Sierra Chart custom study store. But me and the provider of this study are not able to install it on my Chart. I have an Fxcm live account and an fxcm demo acount running. So I ask you for remote assistence. I seems also to be a proble with the 32 bit verson. When I load the SierraChart shortcut wiht out the 64, that means it should be the 32 bit version, on the help about windows it shows 1929 64 bit (27214M) verson.
