We want you to update to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update And see if you still have the problem. problematic installations it brings up the dialogue box saying that you must be logged into IB, This cannot be true because Sierra Chart has no message like this and also does not open up dialog boxes with a message. There is only the Message Log.
