We really are not clearly understanding what you are trying to say but that chart clearly shows for a period of time that there is no market depth data recorded for that period. And that is all we can say. This is what we see. We do not know what you did. As long as Sierra Chart is running and you are not seeing a problem in the present moment that is all that matters right now. We will not answer why this and why that because we do not know what you did. And there is no way for us to verify that. Our response is based on utilizing only the historical market depth data for the Bid and Ask Depth Bars study. We are not going to provide any technical help when using time and sales data with that study and that option is going to be removed soon.
