Ok we see the order. This is indeed the problem. The problem is that at the time of the fill you also canceled that order which was rejected and that order cancel reject order status was not correct. In order to be on the safe side, we are considering certain statuses from TT, as still being open. We have told them about this, and they have acknowledged the issue and are implementing a fix.
