I just woke up and found the fills for the targets were 28 and 30.
Was Sierra Chart running at all times and connected to the data feed when these orders were working?

For some reason if the price turned and hit my stop it would stop me out of one position but the other continued losing money.
It sounds like the Stop order quantity was not equal to the Position quantity. Make sure you have configured the Attached Orders properly:
