I too believe BOA and PayPal were not being honest with me and that is just wrong. I also believe I incurred the cross-border fees because SierraChart's PayPal account is not in the US. Why an American company such as SierraChart uses a foreign PayPal account does not make sense to me, but I am sure you have your reasons. While I understand you do not know what the cross-border fees could possible be, and cannot post a percentage, I do believe you can post a generic statement that would alert your customers "additional cross-border fees may be incurred if using PayPal" (or something to that affect) so they can make an informed decision in advance of pressing "Enter".
