We do not know what these fees are going to be. These fees if anything, will be charged by your bank despite what they are saying. There is no way we could ever post a percentage and we would not. And there are some customers, who will have a fee when using Authorize.net depending upon their location. Both Bank of America and PayPal tell me they are not charging me these fees, This is not true in the case of your bank.They are but they are just simply passing a fee on that they are getting and also marking it up about 3% according to what you're saying. But some banks will just absorb it. Our understanding is Visa would charge 1% and the banks will mark it up further. We don't think they are being honest with you.And depending upon where someone is located, they will not pay a cross-border fee when using PayPal like if they are in an Asian region like Singapore.
