Hello I have added a usage credit monthly over the last 3 months and paid for it by using my Visa through PayPal. My bank account (Bank of America) has been assessed 3 International Transaction Fees associated with my adding the 3 usage credits. Both Bank of America and PayPal tell me they are not charging me these fees, and to contact the merchant for additional information. Can you provide any information related to these fees?
