Did u resolve your real-time feed?
AMP have logged on to my SC setup and confirmed it is all configured correctly and I am still setup with the same CME data bundle. So right now they have hit a brick wall. They even tried me on CQG Web API but same issue.

I have insisted they contact CQG on my behalf.
