I followed step 7 as you instructed but did not correct the problem. I disagree with your second point because.... as I previously explained, I use exact same setup (SC/CQG) and accounts on three different computers but only one computer has this problem. depending on where I am during the day, I use office computer, home computer, or laptop. I have only one CQG account and I used the same one on all three computers (not simultaneously) and I even copy same chartbooks to all three computers. |
