Sierra You keep sending me the same fix and it isn't working. I guess you don't want to take an interest in getting this fixed. I will be cancelling my subscription. For the last month I have been paying for Sierra Charts Bar Chart data and CME data and cant use any of them

I am not going to pay a $1 a minute to get on the phone with you give me the same service other SC users with their TD account get

I know you will never refund my payments for the last month so I wont even ask
