Since no one here provided any help we were not able to discover and resolve this problem until someone did today: Platform freeze - We now have this resolved in version 1906. We had this resolved within about three hours after getting cooperation from one user. It is unfortunate it went on this long but we did ask for help. No one in this thread was willing to help us.
