This is now solved. You can now get streaming data when using MTGox trading. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. We apologize for this. The underlying problem is that we have changed our server software to use the new open specification DTC protocol and the MTGox trading service within Sierra Chart was still using the old protocol which was not sending any data from the server.
