You will want to use File >> New Instance. However, if you have a high CPU load condition within Sierra Chart, then refer to help topic 30:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

If you have a problem with too much data being sent on the data feed and there is insufficient network bandwidth causing a delay with the received data, then try using this option:
