This is a CQG error indicating your username is not being recognized. We cannot help with this but we assume this is a temporary problem and CQG will resolve it before Sunday evening. Do not make any postings here about this. We cannot help with that! Please understand that. Furthermore, we have decided that we are going to remove from our documentation mention of CQG FIX Trading service and discontinue all technical support for it in the coming weeks. You will instead need to use the CQG Web API service. There is not a practical need to be using CQG FIX any longer. You can choose the CQG Web API service now through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service. Set that to CQG Web API.
