Are you using the "All charts in chartbook" option for your replay? If you're only replaying the single destination chart, that could be your problem. If the source chart isn't also being replayed, then your study isn't running on that chart. I would also suggest trying out the different Replay Modes, to see if one of them corrects the problem. I like the "Calculate at every Tick/Trade" mode - it warns of high CPU usage, but I've never found that to be an issue.
