I contacted IQFEED and this is what I was told regarding the open: "We do not start the NYSE advance/decline calculation until five seconds into the session. We feel this is more indicative of what the market is actually doing at the opening versus starting the calculation at the split second that trading begins, when many stocks have yet to open." |
