Really, the only thing to do at this point would be to set the Percent Compare Thresholds along the lines of .05, .10, .15. This would give you a range of 0-5%, 5-10%, 10-15%, then 15-100%. As I stated previously, this will basically make the Range 3 color useless, as there is a large range of values in there, but at least you will be able to see a separation between the other colors. Otherwise, the things that you are looking for would be development items. There have been requests like yours, so at least there is some desire from the community, but we just can't give any timeline on when we might be able to get around to these things.
