Hello, I've read through it multiple times but I must be missing something. The alerts are showing up in the alert log in real time and I can also manually look back at charts and see the alert is true(arrow under bar) its just when I start a scan(can still see arrows on chart when true) I'm not getting any alerts in the alert manager log.
