Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I updated Sierra Chart from version 1882 to the current version 1894 this morning. Apparently, you also modified the Trade Activity Log (I noted that the "Apply" button is now located on the left side). Unfortunately, something must have gone wrong here: While the window "Trade Activity" still works, ALL my statistics of ALL my former trades are gone. Also the trade I took this morning does not show up in the other windows (except for "Chart Stats"). Those windows that are of interest for me ("Trades" and "Statistics") remain empty, no matter which date range, symbol or account I choose. I hope you will be able to fix this soon (including the restoration of the old data, as a loss of the stats would be quite annoying). Thank you. Kind regards |
