Must SC be installed on the C drive. I currently have a 250GB SSD as my C drive. I am looking at expanding my intraday data significantly and I am concerned that I will exceed my drives capacity. I am considering adding a 2 or 4TB drive so I can store the text file data after I import it. I would like to be able to run my trading from the same drive if possible. I presume I will need to run a new instance of SC to deal with all the historical data. Some of the data feeds I have been looking at have additional fields. Is there a problem with adding them to my database as long as they are after the primary fields? In tab separated file is a blank tab a problem or just don't provide a header for it? |
