I have White Label Sierra from Infinity on this machine that connects without any issues. Other platforms (as I have stated earlier) also connect with no problem).

Only my direct account with Sierra (new installation) is getting this error. Still, following your recommendation I have deactivated Norton Internet Security and Norton firewall. Still getting the same error when trying to login.

Any recommendations?
