I am pretty certain that I use correct login details that I specify to login to the Support board. The message I receive back states the following: "Sierra Chart Login error: Timeout Error. There was no response.". This cannot be an internet connection problem because I am posting this message from the same machine without any issues and I am able to login using other platforms. I also have "Add Start Menu Shortcut" checked along with "Add Desktop shortcut" options on the installer (this is default).
