Hello support,

I am configuring brand-new laptop for trading and have downloaded and install the latest version of Sierra Charts. However, there are two issues I am dealing with (never had this problem on new installation before):


1. I am not able to start Sierra platform in order to configure my brokers connection parameters. It starts the main login screen (please see attached image) and if I try to enter either Sierra login credentials or my Broker Credentials it returns a message that the account and password are incorrect and does not start the platform. I have also copied the Sierra3.cfg file from my old system so not sure if this is what is causing the problem. I just need to bypass the initial main login screen, start the platform and configure my broker access within the platform.

2. While the installation of SC appears to be successful, I do not see the Sierra Chart program icons on the Start menu (any and all other installations I have done prior to this one, the Start menu would have the icons for Sierra displayed). This is a minor inconvenience since I can start the Sierra directly from the folder but I was wondering why the program shortcuts are not placed on the Windows Start menu?

I am running Win 10 Professional 64-bit.

Please advise.
