I am having an issue where when I trade off the DOM attached to a TPO chart the BUY order won't work. I am using a bracket order template and limit order but when I press the BUY button the order doesn't even show up on the chart. If I click the Sell button instead it will work. If I then do a "FLATTEN" it will flatten the order and I get audable notification of my order execution (I setup audio alerts) and it will tell me that I had multiple orders canceled, so it's like they're there but not being shown. If I click the buy/sell in a regular 5min candlestick chart with the DOM attached it works fine, just seems to happen on the TPO chart. I've restarted the platform, but that doesn't fix it. Is this a known issue? What's the fix? Thanks, Randy |
