No you are definitely not having the same issue at all. You are referring to a futures contract and apparently to Intraday data based on the low volume numbers. Post an image of the chart showing what you think is a data error so we can understand and explain this. The data that is provided by the Sierra Chart historical data service is 100% accurate.
