To make sure you have the proper settings in a chart , go to that chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Apply Global Symbol Settings.

If the order price is showing correctly on the confirmation window and also in Trade >> Trade Orders Positions >> Orders, then the trading service will get them correctly.

Not sure why the Trades tab does not have the correct prices when the Trade Activity tab does. This makes no sense.
