Yea same here. Problem is excatly at market open with sierra still being opened from previous session. When market starts CPU gets to 13% and sc is frozen. After killing the sc process and restarting it hangs again with 13% cpu load at reading historical data message. Updating to 1882 didnt solve the problem. Deleting all depth files solved the problem.
