After further consideration we are not going to support that. It is difficult enough to support milliseconds. This was very complex to implement because there are so many small minute technical details which had to be considered.

Supporting external millisecond time stamping only defeats the purpose of the reason milliseconds are being used in Sierra Chart, and will be hard to support. We are not able to accommodate everyone. There is a very small interest in external milliseconds time stamping.

Sierra Chart only supports milliseconds in the way that it is useful for internal functionality.

We also take the position, the data vendors who hype the fact that they have milliseconds, are only trying to take advantage of people who are ignorant as to what that is all about. We are not saying you are ignorant about this, not at all, but we are saying that most people do not need milliseconds. Milliseconds have no effect upon the accuracy of charts in any way. They never have.
