If your entire computer is freezing then the computer is really not capable enough. You really need to use solid-state drives. And make sure you disable any antivirus or security software as well but we can see that you ran in safe mode which will do that. We recommend getting a new solid-state drive and then moving Sierra Chart over to that drive. And then opening the Chartbook.
