Not sure if it helps, but here is an image with the study with labels:

The PP label has been set to be Right aligned and Centered just like you have set. This was a new instance of the study added to the chart. The labeling does work properly.

This is not a case of being too busy to help.

time after time I see similar traders' requests for help and support folks are too busy telling them they're too busy to help, like now. No need to respond as I know you're busy.

We do not see how this is accurate. We did not say we were too busy to help you. When you can, point out specifically where we said we are too busy to help someone with a question that is within the scope of our support. If we say we are too busy, typically that is in response to a request for new development. If we are too busy for some new development, that is an honest appropriate answer.

We do not know of any instance where we say we are too busy to help with a basic problem/request.
