This was a new instance of the study added to the chart. The labeling does work properly. We do not see how this is accurate. We did not say we were too busy to help you. When you can, point out specifically where we said we are too busy to help someone with a question that is within the scope of our support. If we say we are too busy, typically that is in response to a request for new development. If we are too busy for some new development, that is an honest appropriate answer.
