Can you please help me sorting this contract symbol name out? IB support came back with this: For the MJY future in March this yields: Symbol: MJY SecType: FUT Expiration: 201903 Exchange: GLOBEX Currency: USD So the exchange would actually be "GLOBEX" instead of "CME", which would trigger a 200 error: No Security Definition has been found. --- I am subscribed to SC real time data service I'm connected to IB Trading service If I go to Find Symbol in SC, under futures I can find MJY, but it's specified with CME as exchange. Selecting that loads data but does not allow me to place trades as SC apparently is not mapping this symbol onto the IB symbol. If in my quoteboard I just type the symbol name as per IB specifies, SC just doesn't load any data. Can you please advise where the issue might be? thanks |
