Probably because of the study itself is not even visible. You have highlighted the R1 Subgraph, but we do not even see that on the chart. At least it is not clear to us. Once again, what may be clear to you, is not to us because we are not setting up the studies. We do not know exactly what you are doing.

When we say check the data, we are referring to checking the Pivot Point lines values themselves using the Window >> Chart Values Window. This way you can see all of the values. What we normally would do is to see if the study values are within the visible price range.

A good method of troubleshooting, is to clear the chart of all studies for simplification. Then add the particular study you have a problem with, and make sure all of the settings are at default, or at reasonable values. Check the values in the Chart Values Window and experiment with the settings. Try different Label alignment options. Refer to the documentation for the different settings available.

This is really what makes our job exceptionally difficult. Users can do millions of things with Sierra Chart and create millions of different problems for themselves that we have to sort out and try to figure out what is going on. That is why often it is the user who is best able to help themselves by taking the time to read the documentation understand what they are doing and go through a logical troubleshooting process to determine the problem.

In short, we do not know the answer to the question because the information we are given is unclear and incomplete, and we do not have control over the chart and the study. Maybe the best approach would be to request Remote Assistance if you need more help:
