Great thanks, I am using the tpo profile so I presume I will be paying for the service package 5. Which will be a seperate payment than on my brokerage account. Is there any way to link this to the broker just to make the whole billing process more straight forward. I am having a few other teething issues with the platform. One is I seem to be on the sim mode and unable to get into live mode despite trying to comoe off it. In my order book i can see any activity but it seems to be on the a sim account and my balance and positions is 0.00. Have you any idea where im going wrong or is my account not live yet? I have accessed the live account now thanks but there does seem to be an issue as the balance is coming up at 0.00 and I have put on a few trades today and my broker has me up around $40 or so.
