no it's not scale related....it is in automatic scale range.... always has been I can't be scale... I got 10 symbols in quoteboard... typically it works fine when I switch 2/3 times... by the 4th time , I get the problem. It's not a specific symbol that causes the problem, it's rather random when I get the issue...but I'm getting it ALWAYS now What else can I send you to check please?
