When I first open SierraChart, whatever symbols it opens with, all my 6 charts load fine. I then select a different symbol in my quoteboard, and all charts load fine, except the chart with the hourly data. All solutions you've suggested don't work. Only things that works is closing down SierraChart and reopening it. We are quite certain the issue is scale related. Make sure the chart is using an Automatic Scale Range. Refer to: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.
